2. Purpose and scope of the processing of personal data

We process personal data primarily in order to

- provide and technically operate this website
- handle enquiries and bookings in connection with golf lessons and golf trips
- plan, perform and bill our services
- communicate with (potential) clients

Data processing takes place within the framework of Swiss data protection law (DSG) and – where applicable – the GDPR.

3. Visiting the website (server logs, cookies)

When you access our website, certain technical data transmitted by your browser are collected automatically, for example:

4.2 Contact and booking via WhatsApp

Bookings can also be confirmed via WhatsApp using the number

In this context, personal data (e.g. phone number, name, chat content) is transmitted to the provider of WhatsApp and stored on its servers. Data processing is carried out in accordance with WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Please only use WhatsApp if you agree to this processing of your data. We recommend that you do not send any particularly sensitive personal data via WhatsApp.

4.3 External booking platform / Indoorgolf Ennetsee

For booking time slots at Indoorgolf Ennetsee, we link to an external booking platform {https://indoorgolf-ennetsee.ch/Startseite/}, the booking system of Indoorgolf Ennetsee).

Any data you enter there is processed directly by that provider. The respective provider’s privacy policy applies. We only receive the data that are necessary to plan and carry out the lessons (e.g. name, booked time, contact details).

5. Golf trips and cooperation with partners

For the organisation and performance of golf trips, we work together with external partners (e.g. tour operators, hotels, golf clubs).

Depending on the specific trip, the following data may be transmitted to such partners:

- name and contact details
- travel dates
- handicap / golf-related information, where applicable
- special requests, where relevant (e.g. room, catering)

6. Legal bases for data processing

We process personal data in particular on the basis of:

7. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is

- necessary to achieve the purposes described above,
